Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) can be described as a meridian energy therapy and was developed by Gary Craig. It involves stimulating certain meridian points on the body by lightly tapping on them and at the same time concentrating on an issue or problem that you wish to let go of.

It is extremely helpful in treating phobias and mental blockages and has been used in treating depression. It can also be used to increase confidence levels.
